AI DEVELOPER (Python)

GONG is a creative agency which specializes in solutions bordering creativity and technology. We work for global and local brands such as ING, Netflix, Żabka, Phillips and others. The agency is one of the pioneers of using AI in advertising and the author of a proprietary system - PIRX AI. The solution is pioneering the integration of specialized AI agents into the advertising industry, enhancing capabilities in research, content creation, and more through multimodal generative AI. Role Overview:

As an AI Developer, you'll be shaping the development and integration of AI-driven solutions at Pirx.ai. The ideal candidate will have a background in Python, solid understanding of LLMs, machine learning algorithms and frameworks. This role is perfect for those who are up to date with the latest AI models and experiment with them. If you're enthusiastic about building, learning, and growing within a tight-knit, agile team, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and prototype AI-driven solutions.

• Integrate AI models and services to support agency operations.

• Quickly adapt to and learn new technologies and methodologies.

• Convert AI/ML models into APIs that other developers can use

• Fine-tune LLMs and Diffusion Models for specific use-cases.

• Conduct research on the latest SOTA models and evaluate their potential application.

• Collaborate with other departments and clients to understand their problems.

• Work collaboratively with a small team to brainstorm, design, and implement solutions to these problems.

Qualifications and Skills:   

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python), web technologies, cloud platforms

• Hands-on experience in prompting, fine-tuning and deploying LLMs in production

• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, AI libraries (Huggingface) and Frameworks like TensorFlow, or PyTorch

• Some experience with popular no-code frameworks like make/n8n/flowise

• Any extra LLMOps experience (data prep, model evaluation) would be great 

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
